A new era is born!
Founded in 2003 by Sylvia Delpeuch, artistic director and choreographer for over 40 years; The SYLVIAERA Dance Company already has an enviable reputation. After several months of creating choreography, costume design, make-up and imaginative work, Madame Sylvia Delpeuch presented her Spectacle in March 2005 at the Corona Theater in Montreal. An original show in which a dozen singers, dancers and percussionists stand out for the quality of their technique and their talent and ease in interpreting several different dance styles.
Thanks to this event, the Company realizes its range of more than 30 different choreographies which will allow its future customers to make a choice among them and thus create their personalized Dance Show! During the same year, Madame Delpeuch created and patented the Dancing Shadows: an exclusive signed SYLVIAERA. The success is immediate, the goal is reached: Class, Audacity and Reactions!
Since then, the SYLVIAERA Company has given more than 400 shows in the most prestigious places, such as the Casino de Montréal and Club Med in Cancun and Turquoise, as well as at events such as the Just for Laughs Festival or the Grand Salon Marions-Nous. In 2008 the Company opened its
Dance School with its talented teachers. The quality of teaching and passion is a priority. It is with pride that SYLVIAERA will present in 2024 its new creation: Le Spectacle Mon cabaret where 10 (ten) artists on stage shine with the originality and innovations of this "French Cabaret"!

An artist at heart, creation has always been part of his life. Sylvia has always shone in the limelight: actress in American films such as Nuremberg, international figure skating competitor, professional dancer; she rubbed shoulders with the greatest and attended the best schools, including "Les Ballets jazz de Montréal" and "Alvin Ailey" in New York.
Artistic Director and choreographer for more than 40 years, for dancers, international artists and competitive figure skaters, Sylvia realized her dream in 2003: to surround herself with talent, beautiful stars, passionate people like her and found her Dance Company.
In 2005, she established a Dance Company where variety shows are respected and appreciated thanks to her concept of Personalized Dance Show. During the same year, Madame Delpeuch then created and patented the "Dancing Shadows": an exclusive signed SYLVIAERA. The success is immediate, the goal is reached: Class, Audacity and Reactions!
In 2008 Madame Delpeuch opened her Dance School, where she and her team of highly talented professionals pass on their passion for dance. She wants to arouse the interest of the youngest by creating Creative Dance classes for 4-year-olds and Entre-Chat for 5-year-olds with a most innovative program. Part of the cultural and educational landscape of the dance arts for over 40 years, Sylvia specializes in the Art of making a dancer a complete artist and a true lover of the stage.
From 2024 Madame Delpeuch will present with 10 artists from her Dance Company, her new Show "Mon Cabaret" in which she has created even more innovations and original creations in the "French Cabaret" style. Sylvia is very happy that SYLVIAERA is a place where "Joie de vivre" is a Mission, a new ERA: The era of Sylvia or SYLVIAERA. Sylvia creates the choreographies for Professional Shows offered by her Dance Company in addition to choreographing for the School's competitors in Broadway and Contemporary Jazz, whose success is well established!
